Dristi Foundation
Research, advocacy and legal capacity.
Dristi Law and Policy (the “Dristi Foundation”) was established in 2025 as a company not distributing profit under the Companies Act, 2063 (2006). The foundation promotes excellence in legal research, advocacy and policy development in Nepal.
Its work focuses on legal education and capacity building, policy research and reform, and democratic and legal awareness among youth and professionals. Initiatives include Dristi MUN and the Start-Up Clinic, which supports entrepreneurs with legal advisory and regulatory guidance.
Dristi Law Associates, inspired by the vision of Dristi Foundation, is committed to partnering with the foundation to advance legal research, advocacy and innovative legal solutions in Nepal.
